2) Democrat Style

Conversely, with an autocratic management style, the tasks carried out only after obtaining opinions and government people with a majority voice. However, democratic management style can and often apply in business when managers make decisions based on the majority agreement.

However, the management style is usually guided by managers who have conducted certain evaluations of possible solutions and let employees choose one of the best options.

3) Participatory Style

This management style is very similar to the type of democratic management in obtaining opinions from mass employees. However, decisions do not need to follow the majority vote. What it does is to find feedback and opinions from employees and then make your own decisions.

4) Laissez Faire

This management style is a free hand management style where the manager does not make a decision or disturb. It only let this problem develop by itself either to a better or worst. This type of management style is best to deal with rumors. For example, conflict between two parties or is better to let the parties involve their own obedience.
